Description: Social media has many positive benefits but may be playing a significant role in what many are calling a national mental health crisis. There’s no denying parents and children are having far more mental health issues than in the past. What role might social media be playing? This webinar explains the science of how social media can create emotional addictions that affect the body similarly to trauma and can affect mental health. We’ll also discuss how can families reap the benefits of social media with fewer risks.
