The 3-5-7 Model is an approach to permanency that supports the use of Lifebooks as a way for the caregiver and child to review the child’s life experiences and document the child’s life story. Creating a Lifebook is much more than a scrapbook. It is a vehicle for the child to understand his or her life experiences.
