DESCRIPTION:The 3‐5‐7 Model® is a state‐of‐the‐art\, evidence‐
 based practice that supports the work of children and youth in grieving t
 heir losses and rebuilding their relationships towards the goals of well
 ‐being\, safety\, and permanency. The 3‐5‐7 Model is an approach to 
 permanency that supports the use of Lifebooks as a way for the caregiver a
 nd child to review the child’s life experiences and document the child
 ’s life story. Creating a Lifebook is much more than a scrapbook\; it is
  a vehicle for the child to understand his or her life experiences and be 
 able to heal from those experiences.\nRegistration will close on Friday\,
