DESCRIPTION:TIPS is the 12-hour pre-service training program that is requir
 ed prior to being approved as a Resource Parent by the County of San Diego
 .  The TIPS training consists of 4\, 3-hour training sessions.\n\nYou are

 email.  The email will provide you with the first date on the class\, as
