DESCRIPTION:TIPS is the 12-hour pre-service training program that is requir
 ed prior to being approved as a Resource Parent by the County of San Diego
 .  The TIPS training consists of 2\, 6-hour training sessions.\n\nYou are
  registering for Class 606Z. The dates for each of the sessions are as fol
