DESCRIPTION:This 4th presentation\, The 3rd Five Years will focus on the sp
 ecific periods of development 11‐15 years of age and what mental health 
 looks like from that developmental perspective and with the consideration 
 of the impact of trauma\n\nSpecial Guest Presenter: Dr. Jefferey Rowe\, MD
 \n\nJeffrey Rowe\, MD\, a Board Certified Child\, Adolescent\, and General
  Psychiatrist. Dr. Rowe was the Supervising Psychiatrist for the County of
  San Diego for over 20 years and also the Clinical Director of Child Psych
 iatry for the UCSD Department of Psychiatry and Rady Children’s Hospital
  of San Diego. He retired from Administrative Psychiatry in 2018 and conti
 nues to see children and adolescents in his private practice.\n\n&nbsp\;\n
