 program designed to strengthen the five core pillars of resilience: Self-A
 wareness\, Self-Control\, Optimism\, Flexibility\, and Relationships. Each
  session introduces practical\, easy-to-use tools that build on one anothe
 r\, giving participants a complete resilience toolkit to develop each pill
 ar\, stay focused under stress\, adapt to challenges\, and foster stronger
  connections in all areas of life.\n&nbsp\;\n\nInstructor: Andrew Pierce\,
  Resilience Expert \n\nAndrew has trained tens of thousands of people in 
 resilience\, including elite Army Soldiers\, educators\, teens\, resource 
 parents\, and professional athletes. As the Director of the nonprofit "IBo
 unce Up"\, co-founder of the baseball training program "Mindful Player"\, 
 and founder of "Bounce Resilience Training"\, Andrew has dedicated his lif
 e to spreading resilience education to resource parents\, those in addicti
 on recovery\, schools\, and individuals in need throughout Hawaii.\n\nDesc
