DESCRIPTION:Description: Explore the psychological and emotional eﬀects o
 f social media on children and teens. This class oﬀers guidance on setti
 ng boundaries\, fostering healthy media habits\, and understanding warning
  signs of social media-related stress\, anxiety\, or depression. Help care
 givers identify risks and support healthy digital habits to protect childr
 en’s mental well-being.\nThe Foster-Adoptive Parents Toolshop® training
  series is a comprehensive 30+ hour evidence-based\, trauma informed paren
 ting curriculum for foster and kinship caregivers and adoptive parents. Th
 e entire series will be oﬀered over the next 8 months\, September 2022\,
  June 2023 and will be taught by the curriculum’s author Jody Johnston P
 awel\, LSW\, CFLE\, CTSS.\nWhile each individual workshop is valuable as a
  stand-alone workshop\, when combined they create a parenting system calle
 d The Universal Blueprint® for Parenting Success. You can use this univer
 sal system to prevent common parenting challenges and plan personalized re
 sponses and solutions to those that arise\, based on the child\, circumsta
 nce\, and family involved. The series oﬀers an overview of the system an
 d its tools\, plus the in-depth workshops in order\, so they build on each
  other.\nDon’t worry if you can’t take them all\, you can take one\, s
 ome or as many as you wish! The Series will be oﬀered on the 2nd and 4th
  Mondays from September 2022 to June 2023 from 3-6pm. Please note there ar
 e some 2- part trainings. You must attend both sessions to get credit.\nGu
