  Caregivers)\nInstructors: Heidi Blue\, MSW\n\nDescription: The Inherent S
 trengths in Kinship Families is a strength-based training series developed
  by Dr. Joseph Crumbley for kinship caregivers. Each standalone workshop e
 xplores a topic unique to kinship families\, such as attachment\, legacy\,
  identity\, healing\, adaptability\, and co-parenting\, and provides pract
 ical strategies to support children and strengthen family resilience.\n\nA
 ttachment: This session describes the unique characteristics and strengths
  of attachments between kinship caregivers and their children. Approaches 
 are provided to enhance their attachments as well. Participants will learn
  to define attachment\, types\, and the impact of attachment\; as well as 
 explain the strengths and advantages of attachments in kinship families an
 d recognize capacities\, levels\, and degrees of attachment. Lastly\, part
 icipants will develop approaches for mediating and strengthening attachmen
