DESCRIPTION:This fifth presentation\, The 4th Five Years will focus on the 
 specific periods of development 16‐20 years of age and what mental healt
 h looks like from that developmental perspective and with the consideratio
 n of the impact of trauma.\n\nSpecial Guest Presenter: Dr. Jefferey Rowe\,
  MD\n\nJeffrey Rowe\, MD\, a Board Certified Child\, Adolescent\, and Gene
 ral Psychiatrist. Dr. Rowe was the Supervising Psychiatrist for the County
  of San Diego for over 20 years and also the Clinical Director of Child Ps
 ychiatry for the UCSD Department of Psychiatry and Rady Children’s Hospi
 tal of San Diego. He retired from Administrative Psychiatry in 2018 and co
 ntinues to see children and adolescents in his private practice.\n\n&nbsp\
