 ered Journey- Supporting your journey from frustration to capability. Reso
 urce parenting is an emotionally demanding role that can easily lead to ov
 erwhelming burnout and frustration. Moving from a state of exhaustion to a
  feeling of true capability requires intentional\, trauma-informed support
  and a shift in perspective.\n\nTopic: Your kids know more than you do\; 
 technology is changing at an astounding rate. This workshop will help pare
 nts to know how to keep the kids in their care safe while using the intern
 et.\n\nFor our training &amp\; support meetings\, all participants must ha
 ve their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not
 . This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection
  among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our co
 mmunity. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cam
 eras on will not be able to join the sessions.\n***Please Note: This class
  will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to
  a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nWe kindly req
