DESCRIPTION:Description: Parents and families play such a vital role in sup
 porting the resilience of children. To do so\, the American Academy of Ped
 iatrics recommends developing what Dr. Ken Ginsburg calls “The 7 C’s o
 f Resiliency.” Through this fun interactive webinar\, you’ll better un
 derstand what resiliency is\, why it’s important\, and how to develop ea
 ch of the 7 C’s through your parenting style and communication strategie
 s\, thereby strengthening your connection. This will position you to guide
  your child to bounce back from life’s challenges and forge a meaningful
  and successful life.\nRegistration will close on Thursday\, August 24\, 2
 023\, at 7am\n&nbsp\;\nThe Foster-Adoptive Parents Toolshop® training ser
 ies is a comprehensive 30+ hour evidence-based\, trauma informed parenting
  curriculum for foster and kinship caregivers and adoptive parents. The en
 tire series will be offered over the next 8 months\, September 2022\, Jun
 e 2023 and will be taught by the curriculum’s author Jody Johnston Pawel
 \, LSW\, CFLE\, CTSS.\nWhile each individual workshop is valuable as a sta
 nd-alone workshop\, when combined they create a parenting system called Th
 e Universal Blueprint® for Parenting Success. You can use this universal 
 system to prevent common parenting challenges and plan personalized respon
 ses and solutions to those that arise\, based on the child\, circumstance\
 , and family involved. The series offers an overview of the system and it
 s tools\, plus the in-depth workshops in order\, so they build on each oth
 er.\nDon’t worry if you can’t take them all\, you can take one\, some 
 or as many as you wish! The Series will be offered on the 2nd and 4th Mon
 days from September 2022 to June 2023 from 3-6pm. Please note there are so
