DESCRIPTION:Meets 4th Wednesday of the Month\n**no meeting in December**\nL
 eader: MaryJo Meer\n\nSupportive Strategies for Resource Homes- A trauma-
 informed training and support class for resource parents\, including foste
 r\, kinship\, and adoptive families. This group is a place to come as you 
 are\, connect with people who understand the journey\, share real experien
 ces\, and learn practical tools that can help at home. Our goal is for car
 egivers to leave feeling supported\, encouraged\, and less alone.\n\nTopic
 : Understanding that grief is so much more than a response to just death\
 , it is also a response to the severing of a relationship forever. It is\,
  as they say\, “love with nowhere to go”. While the circumstances prom
 pting grief might vary\, there are many feelings we share when it comes to
  our bereavement\, and it helps to talk with others who understand your lo
 ss.\n\nFor our training &amp\; support meetings\, all participants must ha
 ve their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not
 . This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection
  among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our co
 mmunity. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cam
 eras on will not be able to join the sessions.\n***Please Note: This class
  will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to
  a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nWe kindly req
 uest that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For pr
