  Caring for a child or youth often involves navigating a complex health s
 ystem. This three‑part learning series is designed to support resource p
 arents\, foster parents\, caregivers\, and the professionals who work alon
 gside them. The sessions provide essential information to help caregivers 
 understand the Medi‑Cal system and the services available to children an
 d youth in care. Social workers and staff who support caregivers may also 
 find this series valuable for strengthening their understanding of availab
 le benefits and helping families access needed services.\nPart 2: Managed 
 Care Plans (MCPs): Services\, Supports\, and How Enrollment Works\nThis se
 ssion offers information about services available through Managed Care Pla
 ns\, how care coordination typically operates\, and what families can expe
 ct. The training will clarify common misunderstandings\, address participa
 nt questions\, and review current county policy related to MCP enrollment 
 for children and youth in care.\nParticipants must register for individual
  sessions. Each session stands alone\, and attendees will benefit even if
