 s caregivers\, we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves\, whether we r
 ealize it or not. In addition\, the pressures of caring for someone else
 ’s child and working within a system that can be stressful\, even some o
 f the small imperfections during the day\, equate to our shortcomings in o
 ur own minds. Some days\, weeks\, or even years won’t be record‐breaki
 ng. Days\, weeks\, and years are meant to be survived\, appreciated\, and 
 be in the moment. This workshop will discuss ways to prioritize what reall
 y needs to be done and how to minimize outside pressures.\n***Please Note:
  This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access an
 d access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nFo
 r our support group meetings\, all participants must have their cameras o
 n\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement
  is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participant
 s\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please no
 te that individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not b
 e able to join the support group sessions.\nWe kindly request that partici
