 his workshop will teach parents about the importance of self‐care and ho
 w it relates to parenting\, managing stress (coping with daily stress and 
 frustration)\, and provide examples of self‐care activities. Parents wil
 l also learn tips to identify\, recognize\, and understand stress levels a
 nd how to minimize its toxic effects.\n***Please Note: This class will be
  facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to a compu
 ter/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nFor our support group
  meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardless of w
 hether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to enc
 ourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fostering a mor
 e supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that individuals
  unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to join the 
 support group sessions.\nWe kindly request that participants avoid using d
 istracting virtual backgrounds. For privacy\, we recommend using the blur
