 ental Health in foster care is a difficult journey to navigate\, even for 
 the most seasoned parent. You are the children’s most important tool in 
 navigating these decisions. We will look at the trauma\, the options and w
 ays to discuss mental health with your youth.\n***Please Note: This class 
 will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to 
 a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nFor our suppor
 t group meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardle
 ss of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed
  to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fosterin
 g a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that indi
 viduals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to jo
 in the support group sessions.\nWe kindly request that participants avoid
