 rs between eight or nine to twelve\, the “tween” years or pre-adolesce
 nce is a time of monumental shifts in your child’s physical\, cognitive\
 , emotional\, and social development. It’s a time of growing independenc
 e but it can also be scary for kids. To help\, you must understand the cha
 nges tweens experience physically and emotionally.  This workshop will di
 scuss the crucial stage of pre-adolescence/ tweens that precedes the teena
 ge years.\n***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom plat
 form.\n Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone 
 is required to attend.\nFor our support group meetings\, all participants 
 must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credi
 t or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and co
 nnection among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere withi
 n our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate with t
 heir cameras on will not be able to join the support group sessions.\nWe k
 indly request that participants avoid using distracting virtual background
