Our own childhood experiences shape the way we parent our children. This workshop will help parents to understand the reason why they act and react the way they do to their children and how they can change that. It also offers an in‐depth look at how the human brain works and how it ties directly to parenting. It helps to explain how parents carry emotional baggage and how a child can trigger a response that is more about the baggage than the actual situation itself and how to separate it from their relationship with their child.
