 Tidmore\n\n(The Options for Recovery Perinatal Program is for caregivers c
 aring for children ages 0 to 60 months who are drug and/or alcohol exposed
  and/or HIV-positive. Options Caregivers receive 35 hours of specialized t
 raining and qualify for 48 hours of monthly respite. If you are interested

 al injuries' children can experience through maltreatment\, a child’s re
 actions to abuse or neglect can have lifelong and even intergenerational i
 mpacts. Childhood maltreatment can be linked to later physical\, psycholog
 ical\, and behavioral consequences as well as costs to society as a whole.
  Parents need to be aware of these issues in order to help children heal a
 nd increase protection factors for these children.\n***Please Note: This
