 erence for the journey. Believe it or not\, one of the critical tools is t
 aking good care of yourself. It’s a win‐win because it benefits you an
 d your family! In this workshop\, we’ll be stepping away from the childr
 en’s needs to focus on your own. We’ll be talking a bit about the rela
 tionship between self care and parenting and doing some reflective activit
 ies and gentle movement to allow our minds and bodies to be replenished in
  healthy ways. Give yourself permission to leave your responsibilities for
  just a bit and join us. It’ll do you and your loved ones good.\n&nbsp\;
