DESCRIPTION:Partnership with the National Conflict Resolution Center\n&nbsp
 \;\nDescription: This workshop introduces practical trauma-informed commun
 ication skills to help caregivers build trust\, safety\, and stronger rela
 tionships with children and families who have experienced trauma. Particip
 ants will explore foundational concepts of trauma\, its types\, causes\, a
 nd effects\, and learn strategies to create psychologically safe environme
 nts through effective communication\, trauma-informed interpretations of b
 ehavior\, and supportive co-regulation. The session also provides tools fo
 r de-escalation and resilience-building that can be applied immediately in
