We want to make transitions easier for them to manage. To do this\, we need tools and strategies to help them. Through this series on Transitions \, we will look at different times of transition in our children’s jour ney through foster care and learn how we can help make these times of tran sition easier for our children to navigate.\nSibling Visits- There are fed eral mandates that require states to either keep siblings together in fost er care or ensure that visitation occurs between siblings that must be sep arated. We will discuss what this means for foster children and how we can advocate for them.\nFor our training &\; support meetings\, all partic ipants must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community.
