This series on Transitions\, we will look at different times of tr ansition in our children’s journey through foster care and learn how we can help make these times of transition easier for our children to navigat e.\nReunification- This workshop will review how Resource Parents can help make transitions easier for our children to navigate by understanding wha t a good transition (i.e. reunification) back home should look like\, the importance of working with the birth family and why it is important to kee p connections after the transition is complete.\nFor our training &\; s upport meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed t o encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community.
