This series on Transitions\, we will look at different t imes of transition in our children’s journey through foster care and lea rn how we can help make these times of transition easier for our children to navigate.\nAdoptions Placement: This workshop will review how Resource Parents can help make transitions easier for our children to navigate by l earning how to help children understand permanency and adoption\, the impo rtance of creating good transition plans\, working with the adoptive famil y and keeping connections for life.\nFor our training &\; support meeti ngs\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fostering a more suppo rtive atmosphere within our community.
