Type of Class
Instructors: Nicole Espinosa, LCSW & Gisella Gomez, MSW
In this class you will learn a definition for mindfulness that children can understand and how to teach mindfulness to your children at all developmental stages. You will have the opportunity to practice mindfulness activities that you can do with your children and walk away with many mindfulness tools you can use at home with your child. Practicing mindfulness may not only help your child feel better but it could help you feel better and be a more present caregiver to your child.
