DESCRIPTION:Parents are as responsible for children's mental health as phys
 ical health and safety. This class highlights what contributes to good men
 tal health and resilience including mental health first aide. Some risk an
 d complicating factors particularly associated with child trauma and foste
 r care contribute to common mental health difficulties and diagnoses. Part
 icipants will learn and practice their parts in preventing and treating me
 ntal health issues. Specifically\, the class will address suicide\, assess
 ment\, prevention\, and safety planning.\n\n&nbsp\;\nRegistration will clo
