DESCRIPTION:Attachment theory proposes that defective attachments (which f
 oster youth are known to experience) can produce psychological problems\, 
 as well as other poor outcomes\, including educational\, social\, physical
  and ongoing mental health problems\, that may span a lifetime. It is for 
 that reason that the promotion of healthy attachment is critical in all fo
 ster youth. This workshop will provide caregivers with logical explanation
 s of attachment theory\, attachment patterns\, children behavior\, stages 
 of grief and loss and how it affects attachment\, and interventions. Lear
 n what you can do to promote better outcomes for your children.\nRegistrat
