DESCRIPTION:A Parent’s behavior with a substance abuse disorder can vary 
 and can have a multifaceted impact on children. Parental substance abuse c
 an also impact prenatal\, early childhood and adolescent development. Part
 icipants will learn about the dynamics of drug and alcohol addictions\, tr
 eatment modalities and expectations from the court and Child Welfare Servi
 ces for parents who struggle with substance abuse. This class will look at
  the impact of substance abuse on the entire family when children are brou
 ght into care.\nRegistration will close on Thursday\, July 28\, 2022\, at
