  abuse disorder can vary and can have a multifaceted impact on children. P
 arental substance abuse can also impact prenatal\, early childhood\, and a
 dolescent development. Participants will learn about the dynamics of drug 
 and alcohol addictions\, treatment modalities\, and expectations from the 
 court and Child Welfare Services for parents who struggle with substance a
 buse. This class will look at the impact of substance abuse on the entire 
 family when children are brought into care.\n***Please Note: This class wi
