DESCRIPTION:As part of AB 175\, the Updated Foster Youth Rights\, and Writt
 en Directives V.8.0\, CA Resource Parents are required to know and provide
  de‐escalation and harm reduction strategies within their households. Le
 arn how caregivers can utilize effective crisis intervention practices to 
 promote the safety of the children and youth in their care\, particularly 
 for targeting dangerous behaviors\, including exposure to Commercial Sexua
 l Exploitation (CSEC). Learn about the FURS “Family Urgent Response Syst
 em”\, that is in place to support Resource Families and learn about real
  harm reduction strategies examples that have been practiced by both prese
 nters on how to best handle stressful situations that may occur in a resou
 rce home\, including the behaviors of CSEC youth survivor.\nRegistration f
