A chronic disease such as asthma and diabetes can affect anyone. This course will provide caregivers with information about living with a chronic illness and help caregivers feel prepared to manage a child’s health style with a chronic disease. 

Participants in this workshop will gain health information about living with a chronic disease and feel confident to engage in a child’s health management with a chronic illness.
