Online | Children and Adolescent Mental Health: How to Promote and Support Mental Health and Wellness in Children and Adolescents’ Overall Health
Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista Well Being Center and Scripps Family Medicine Residency Program will provide parents with information on the importance of taking care of one’s mental health, and the need for incorporating this practice into a foster child and adolescent’s overall health. Parents will be given tools to have an open conversation with their foster child/adolescent on this topic and be provided forms to exercise their mental health.
