DESCRIPTION:Transitions are an unavoidable part of the foster care experien
 ce. Explore strategies for minimizing the trauma and creating successful t
 ransitions for infants and children. This training will help participants 
 understand the impact a move has on children\, develop strategies to creat
 e good transition plans to lessen the trauma experiences and recognize the
  impact of loss. This training is designed for resource parents as well as
  social workers.\n\n&nbsp\;\nRegistration will close on Monday\, September
