DESCRIPTION:According to the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard Univ
 ersity\, all youth need to develop a set of core life skills to manage sch
 ool\, work\, outside interests\, and social relationships successfully. Fr
 om the perspective of brain development\, these skills include planning\, 
 focus\, self‐ control\, awareness\, and flexibility ‐ also known as 
 “executive function” and “self‐regulation” skills. No one is bor
 n with these skills\, but everyone can learn them through practice. Join u
 s to learn how your role as Resource Parents you can support youth to deve
 lop these critical skills.\nRegistration will close on Friday\, August 25\
