DESCRIPTION:TEENAGERS!  Do you want to have a better understanding of your
  teen? Do you want to connect with your teen? Do you want to be ready when
  your child becomes a teen?\nTo effectively parent teens (and stay sane as
  a parent) you need an understanding of the brain\, the remodeling process
  that happens to the brain during the teen years and the importance of our
  parenting in this brain development. We will learn about the skills neede
 d to guide teens into their adult lives and talk about the need for buildi
 ng strong\, healthy brains at all ages.\nWe will look at healing brains af
 ter trauma\, the work we can do and the work our teens will need to do. Te
 aching all of us how to stay present during changes and challenges through
