TEENAGERS!  Do you want to have a better understanding of your teen? Do you want to connect with your teen? Do you want to be ready when your child becomes a teen?

To effectively parent teens (and stay sane as a parent) you need an understanding of the brain, the remodeling process that happens to the brain during the teen years and the importance of our parenting in this brain development. We will learn about the skills needed to guide teens into their adult lives and talk about the need for building strong, healthy brains at all ages.

We will look at healing brains after trauma, the work we can do and the work our teens will need to do. Teaching all of us how to stay present during changes and challenges throughout the life of our kids.
