 schoolers- Caregivers will receive ongoing training and support on positi
 ve discipline\, the importance of brain structure and development in early
  childhood\, and nurturing ways to care for babies involved in the Child 
 Welfare System.\n\nTopic: The Period of PURPLE Crying is a new way to hel
 p parents understand this time in their baby's life\, which is a normal pa
 rt of every infant's development. Even though certain soothing methods may
  help when they are simply fussy or crying\, bouts of inconsolable crying 
 are different. The acronym PURPLE is used to describe specific character
 istics of an infant's crying during this phase.\n\nFor our training &amp\;
  support meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardle
 ss of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed
  to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fosterin
 g a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that indi
 viduals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to jo
 in the sessions.\n***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zo
 om platform.\n Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smar
 tphone is required to attend.\nWe kindly request that participants avoid u
