 schoolers- Caregivers will receive ongoing training and support on positi
 ve discipline\, the importance of brain structure and development in early
  childhood\, and nurturing ways to care for babies involved in the Child 
 Welfare System.\n\nTopic: This class will discuss the concept of “serve
  and return” as it is related to brain development. Research has shown t
 hat child‐adult relationships that are responsive and attentive - with a
  lot of back-and-forth interactions build a strong foundation in a child
 ’s brain for all future learning and development.\n\nFor our training &a
 mp\; support meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, rega
 rdless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is desi
 gned to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fost
 ering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that 
 individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able t
 o join the sessions.\n***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on th
 e Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/
 smartphone is required to attend.\nWe kindly request that participants avo
