 sitive discipline\, the importance of brain structure and development in e
 arly childhood\, and how to care for babies in the Child Welfare System.\n
 Group Leader: MaryAnn Paschal\n\nTopic: Toddlers are experts at using tec
 hnology. As soon as an electronic device is within their reach\, they lear
 n how to use it. We can be tempted to feed their fascination with educatio
 nal\, interactive\, and fun programs that entertain them. This is especial
 ly true for children with disabilities or special needs for whom tradition
 al tools don’t work. We will be discussing some of the pros and cons of 
 the use of technology during early childhood.\n***Please Note: This class 
 will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to 
 a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nFor our suppor
 t group meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, regardle
 ss of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed
  to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fosterin
 g a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that indi
 viduals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to jo
