 essure on ourselves\, whether we realize it or not. In addition\, the pres
 sures of caring for someone else’s child and working within a system tha
 t can be stressful\, even some of the small imperfections during the day\,
  equate to our shortcomings in our own minds. Some days\, weeks\, or even 
 years won’t be record‐breaking. Days\, weeks\, and years are meant to 
 be survived\, appreciated\, and be in the moment. This workshop will discu
 ss ways to prioritize what really needs to be done and how to minimize out
 side pressures.\n***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoo
 m platform.\n Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smart
 phone is required to attend.\nFor our support group meetings\, all partici
 pants must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking
  credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement 
 and connection among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere
  within our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate 
 with their cameras on will not be able to join the support group sessions.
