DESCRIPTION:Meets every 3rd Tuesday of each month\n**No meeting July**\nLea
 der: Lisa de las Alas\n\nTopic: This class will guide Resource Parents in
  the use of Psychotropic Medication with children in foster care. Areas of
  discussion will be the basic principles of psychotropic medication use\, 
 what the laws are\, the importance of a treatment plan\, getting court app
 roval\, and informed consent. We will discuss the importance of healing fr
 om trauma in the journey to improved mental health.\n***Please Note: This 
 class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and acce
 ss to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nFor our 
 support group meetings\, all participants must have their cameras on\, re
 gardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is de
 signed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fo
 stering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note tha
 t individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able
