DESCRIPTION:Meets every 2nd Monday of each month\n**No meeting in July**\nL
 eader: Lisa de las Alas\n\nTopic: This workshop will teach parents about 
 the importance of self‐care and how it relates to parenting\, managing s
 tress (coping with daily stress and frustration)\, and provide examples of
  self‐care activities. Parents will also learn tips to identify\, recogn
 ize\, and understand stress levels and how to minimize its toxic effects.
 \n***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n I
 nternet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is requir
 ed to attend.\nFor our support group meetings\, all participants must have
  their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not.
  This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection 
 among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our com
 munity. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their came
 ras on will not be able to join the support group sessions.\nWe kindly req
 uest that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For pr
