 ASD\, are or have been in foster care. We will explore risk factors for Fe
 tal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders\, look at the connection between brain impa
 irment and behaviors\, including the impact of trauma\, and discuss refram
 ing and other strategies for parents to better understand and how to suppo
