Topic: This workshop will review how Resource Parents can help make transitions easier for our children to navigate by understanding what a good transition (i.e. reunification) back home should look like, the importance of working with the birth family and why it is important to keep connections after the transition is complete.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
