 Library Experience
DESCRIPTION:Description: Imagine having the author of their autobiography i
 n front of you reading their story\, and providing a safe space to ask the
 m questions and be curious without fear of any judgment. The BIPOC Human L
 ibrary Experience is just that. It helps to address unconscious bias and c
 reates a brave space for dialogue between non‐BIPOC individuals and BIPO
 C individuals where topics are discussed openly between human books and th
 eir readers. The BIPOC Human Library Experience aims to address people's p
 rejudices by helping them to talk and learn from those they would not norm
 ally meet. It uses a library analogy of lending people rather than books. 
 During this session\, participants will have the opportunity to learn more
  about the Human Library concept and see the process in action.\nBIPOC Hum
 an Library Catalog\n\n\n\nPlease note\, childcare is not provided onsite. 
 Please do not bring babies or children to class.\n\n
