We want to make transitions easier for them to manage. To do this\, we nee d tools and strategies to help them. Through this series on Transitions\, we will look at different times of transition in our children’s journey through foster care and learn how we can help make these times of transit ion easier for our children to navigate.\nSibling Visits- There are federa l mandates that require states to either keep siblings together in foster care or ensure that visitation occurs between siblings that must be separa ted. We will discuss what this means for foster children and how we can ad vocate for them.\nFor our training &\; support meetings\, all participa nts must have their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking cr edit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere wi thin our community.
