DESCRIPTION:**This meeting has been canceled**\n&nbsp\;\n\nMindfulness Mond
 ays- These trainings offer resource parents a welcoming\, trauma-informed 
 space to find support\, practice somatic tools\, strengthen connection and
  attachment\, and care for themselves while caring for children.\n\nTopic:
  Transitions in the foster care system can be extremely difficult for chi
 ldren. We want to make transitions easier for them to manage. To do this\,
  we need tools and strategies to help them. Through this series on Transit
 ions\, we will look at different times of transition in our children’s 
 journey through foster care and learn how we can help make these times of 
 transition easier for our children to navigate.\nChange of Placement- The 
 ultimate goal is for participants to understand the complex process of Pla
 cement.  Participants will understand the importance of making sure they 
 receive all information available about the child to lessen the possibilit
 y of disruption of Placement\, and the importance of maintaining any medic
 al\, educational\, visitation\, etc services that are in place for the chi
 ld.\nFor our training &amp\; support meetings\, all participants must have
  their cameras on\, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. 
 This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection a
 mong participants\, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our comm
 unity. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their camer
 as on will not be able to join the sessions.\n***Please Note: This class w
 ill be facilitated on the Zoom platform.\n Internet access and access to a
  computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nWe kindly reque
 st that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For priv
