2017 brings many changes to San Diego County foster care with redefining of the caregiver’s role as Resource Families, the transition from Licensed Foster Homes to Resource Family Approved Homes, rate and system changes, and what this means to children in the foster care system.  This workshop will build on information presented in support groups by HHSA Agency Staff with updates as changes occur.
