When children come into foster care they may lose important ties to people they care about.  The YMCA Permanent Connections Program was established to ensure foster youth have a long-term, caring, permanent connection throughout their lifetime. Learn how to prepare and support youth who are getting connected with family members or other supportive adults. Come discuss some of the challenges and concerns regarding getting youth connected and hear some of the success stories.  Every foster child deserves to be connected, find out how you can support these children in these lifelong permanent connections.
